Let the Adventure Unfold!  Once we're aligned, expect an email detailing terms and conditions for e-signature alongside your quoted design fee invoice. Upon receipt of payment and signed terms, the curation of your luxury experience begins.  Leveraging our international connections, we meticulously craft every aspect of your experience  by securing exclusive and unique adventures to sprinkle throughout your dream itinerary.  You will receive VIP upgrades wherever they are available.

Typically, we complete the research and proposal within 7-10 business days, although complexities or seasonal nuances may require a bit more time. Rest assured, we'll communicate clearly when your personalized proposal will be ready for presentation.

After you confirm approval of you itinerary, we'll promptly secure all reservations, provide receipts, and guide you through app access for seamless travel management. We will stay in contact with regular communications and pre-departure tasks. Meanwhile, feel free to email us with any queries or concerns. Your peace of mind is top priority, and we are dedicated to providing clarity on any question that crosses your mind.

Before you set off, there's an optional 30-minute pre-travel meeting available. It's the perfect opportunity to go over all the essential trip details and for you to ask any lingering questions.
